As I have just finnished reading Bill Buford‘s copy of ‘Heat‘ and I wanted to get some more information on him and also experience him more as a person. So I’ve found this 1hour interview with him. Well, he basically repeats what he has written already, but a few things are new. He also mentions that he wants to learn more about desserts and I have found an article ‘The dessert lab’ of him in the New Yorker.
